Kinanis Academy is pleased to announce that due to high demand for participation, we are conducting the 9th session of the training program on the 05th and 06th of April, 2023.

The course aims to specifically provide its participants the required knowledge of liquidation procedures in order to recognize the various legal and practical parameters involved and be in a position to resolve complexities that arise on a case-by-case basis. It is imperative that professionals in the industry involved in business entity liquidations, to become aware of the technical and practical considerations related to such procedures.

This program is specifically designed for specialized employees that work within the accounting, corporate, annual maintenance, financial services and liquidation departments and are responsible for dealing with management and renewal of companies, preparation of accounting records and liquidation of companies.

The offered Professional Training Course has been approved by the Human Resources Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) and contributes to 6 CPD VERIFIED Units by CYBAR Association.

1 Beneficiaries: working in companies/organisations (€102.00 subsidy) and unemployed (100%) provided that they satisfy the conditions laid down by the HRDA. No financial support is provided for self-employed and public servants. Beneficiaries pay the difference of participation cost that remains after the HRDA subsidy. For unemployed beneficiaries the participation is free.

INSTRUCTOR'S CURRICULUM VITAE

Mrs Natalie Petrides, LLM
Kinanis LLC, Partner

Natalie Petrides holds a Masters in Commercial Law (LL.M) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). In 1998 she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association. She commenced her traineeship at a local law firm and in 2000 she joined Kinanis LLC as a corporate lawyer where she gained extensive experience in corporate legal work such as negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, resolving disputes, acting for a broad range of commercial clients, investors and financial institutions in local and international transactions.

Since January 2019 Natalie is one of the Partners of the Law firm heading the Property, Liquidations and Immigration division. Natalie's main areas of practice and expertise are Company Liquidations and Dissolutions,all procedures related to immigration of businesses and Investors to Cyprus and advising clients on Cyprus immovable property, Immigration, Corporate Law and Insolvency Laws.

She is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner a holder of CySEC's Advanced Certificate in Financial Services Legal Framework. She is also a holder of the professional qualification of Certified HRDA Trainer of Vocational Training.
