Kinanis Academy is pleased to announce this training program on the 15th of February, 2023, which deals with the requirements and conditions that need to be met for successful headquartering of businesses and relocation to Cyprus. The purpose of this training program is to enhance the ability of the trainees to advice their clients as to the most suitable relocation option offered in Cyprus following an assessment of the facts and requirements of each client.


WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This program is specifically designed for specialized employees who are responsible for advising their international clients as to the possible relocation options of their business and family to Cyprus. More specifically: Lawyers, Paralegals, Tax advisors, Accountants, Company administrators, Immigration advisors, Compliance officers

This seminar contributes to Continuing Professional Development for 3 CPD Units and it has been verified by CYBAR Association.

INSTRUCTORS CURRICULUM VITAE

Natalie Petrides, Partner, Property Department

Natalie Petrides holds a Masters in Commercial Law (LL.M) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). In 1998 she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association. She commenced her traineeship at a local law firm and in 2000 she joined Kinanis LLC as a corporate lawyer where she gained extensive experience in corporate legal work such as negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, resolving disputes, acting for a broad range of commercial clients, investors and financial institutions in local and international transactions.

Since January 2019 Natalie is one of the Partners of the Law firm heading the Property, Liquidations and Immigration division. Natalie's main areas of practice and expertise are Company Liquidations and Dissolutions, all procedures related to immigration of businesses and Investors to Cyprus and advising clients on Cyprus immovable property, Immigration, Corporate Law and Insolvency Laws. She is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner a holder of CySEC' s Advanced Certificate in Financial Services Legal Framework. She is also a holder of the professional qualification of Certified HRDA Trainer of Vocational Training.
