Kinanis Law Firm is happy to announce the organisation and sponsorship of its 1st Photography Competition 2019 to promote and stimulate interest in photography as part of its corporate social responsibility.

The Competition has a philanthropic aspect as well. The proceeds from the event, as identified in the terms and conditions of the Competition which are found on our website, as well as a €1.000 donation by Kinanis Law Firm, will be donated to the non-profitable company "ΑΓΚΑΛΙΑ ΕΛΠΙΔΑΣ ΠΑΓΚΥΠΡΙΑ ΟΡΓΑΝΩΣΗ ΓΟΝΕΩΝ & ΦΙΛΩΝ ΠΑΙΔΙΩΝ ΜΕ ΕΓΚΕΦΑΛΙΚΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΑΛΛΕΣ ΠΑΡΑΛΥΣΕΙΣ" www.agaliaelpidas.org 

THEME

“Tomorrow”

WHO

The Competition is open to all professional and amateur photographers, irrespectively of age, nationality or residency.

HOW

Each contestant may participate by submitting up to 3 (three) color or black and white photographs which must respond to the theme of the Competition in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Competition.

WHERE

The submission envelope must be delivered to Kinanis Law Firm, 12 Egypt Street, 1097 - Nicosia, Cyprus.

DEADLINE

Monday 2nd of September 2019 at 4:00 pm.

PRIZES

First Prize €1.000, Second Prize €500, Third Prize €250 and Honorable Mentions.

AWARD CEREMONY

Friday 22nd of November 2019 at 7:30pm at Akamantis Business Center, 10 Egypt Street, 1097 - Nicosia, Cyprus.

EXHIBITION

Selected photographs will be exhibited for auction at Akamantis Business Centre as from Friday 22/11/2019 to Saturday 07/12/2019.

A commemorative catalogue wiil be published with the succeeded photographs.

Following the respective audited check, the amount of Euro 4.219,00 was accumulated for the honouring non-profit company, «Αγκαλιά Ελπίδας Παγκύπρια Οργάνωση Γονέων & Φίλων Παιδιών με Εγκεφαλικές και άλλες Παραλύσεις». The said amount was handed over on Wednesday the 8th of January 2020 to the representative of the above-mentioned non-profit company, Mrs. Yioula Pitsiali.
