ANDRI MICHAEL
Ms. Andri Michael joined the firm in 2005 as a lawyer in the Corporate Department and since 2010 has been holding the position of Manager. Ms. Michael’s
main areas of practice are Corporate Law, Funds and Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, Incorporations & Management of companies. Ms. Michael was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2004 and is also a member of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA). Ms. Andri Michael holds an Undergraduate (L.L.B) and Postgraduate Degree in Law (LL.M) from  the University of Southampton, UK. Ms. Michael is fluent in Greek, English and basic French.

DEMETRA CONSTANTINOU
Ms. Demetra Constantinou joined the firm in 2006 and since 2015 has been holding the position of Manager in the Accounting and VAT Department. Ms. Constantinou’s main areas of practice are Accounting and VAT Consultancy for local and international clientele as well as General Tax Advisory Services for EU based clients on various EU tax matters relating to VAT Law. Ms. Constantinou is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), as well as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and an International Tax Affiliate of
the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) in the UK. Ms. Constantinou holds an Undergraduate Degree in Public & Business Administration from the University of Cyprus, an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) with specialization in EU VAT Law and is also a Chartered Certified Accountant
(ACCA). Mrs. Constantinou is fluent in Greek and English.

MARIOS PALESIS
Mr. Marios Palesis joined the firm in 2010 and since 2015 has been holding the position of Manager in the Tax Department and the Audit Administration
Department. Mr. Palesis’s main areas of practice are general Tax Advisory and Consultancy Services for corporations and individuals, International Tax  Planning and Transfer Pricing. Mr. Palesis is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) as well as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Mr. Palesis holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) with specialization in Transfer Pricing. Mr. Palesis is fluent in Greek and English.

NANETTE KALAVA
Ms. Nanette Kalava joined the firm in 2007 as a lawyer in the Corporate Department and since 2010 has been holding the position of Manager. Ms. Kalava’s main areas of practice are Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance and Trusts. Ms. Kalava holds a Postgraduate Degree in Law and Accounting (M.Sc) from the London School of Economics and  Political Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PgDL)
from BPP Law School, London, and an Undergraduate Degree in Economics & Politics (B.Sc) from the University of Bristol, UK. Ms. Kalava is fluent in Greek and English.

NATALIE PETRIDES
Ms. Natalie Petrides joined the firm in 2000 as a lawyer in the Corporate Department and since 2007 has been holding the position of Manager in the Liquidations / Property / Immigration Departments. Ms. Petrides’s main areas of practice are Company Liquidations and Dissolutions, Immigration and Migration, Immovable Property law, Corporate and Commercial law. Mrs. Petrides was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 1998 and is also a Qualified Insolvency Practitioner. Mrs. Petrides holds an Undergraduate Degree in Law (L.L.B) from the University of Leicester, UK and a Postgraduate
Degree in Commercial Law (LL.M) from the University of Birmingham, UK. Ms. Petrides is fluent in Greek, English and conversational in Armenian
