Kinanis LLC prepared a Tax Memo for a Cyprus company which will proceed with a re-domiciliation in Russia.  We have analyzed possible tax implications with reference to exit taxation rules and DAC6 provisions in Cyprus and we have also elaborated on the company’s obligation and procedure to obtain a tax clearance certificate from Cyprus Tax Authorities prior its re-domiciliation.
