The Cyprus Registrar of Companies announced on 25/05/2021 that during the implementation of the interim solution, i.e. 12/03/2021 – 12/03/2022, for the collection of beneficial owner details penalties will not be imposed:

-        To companies established before 12/03/2021 and must submit the data within one year;

-        To companies established after 12/03/2021 and must submit the data within thirty days;

-        In case of change within fourteen days.
