You now have the option to pay any outstanding invoices to Kinanis LLC through our Website. We offer the method of payment through JCC Payment Systems (“JCC”), which provides special systems for the safe transmission of data of the credit/debit card, and ensures that the payment is made safely minimizing the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure of your Card details.

In order to proceed with an invoice settlement, you will be requested to include the following details:

1. Your full name;
2. Your email address;
3. Any message intended to be addressed to us;
4. The amount due;
5. Reference number of the relevant invoice intended to be paid;
6. Your name/company name (as applicable);
7. Your phone number;
8. Any details you consider necessary.

We take technical and organizational measures to ensure security of data and transactions made through our Website. The payment particulars, which we collect and process are used exclusively and solely for the purpose of receiving, effecting, and completing payment in accordance with mutual obligations. They are not announced nor transmitted by us to any third party with the exception of JCC which is a collaborator for this service and they are deleted once the purpose for which they were retained has been fulfilled. You acknowledge and accept and you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data both by Kinanis LLC as well as by JCC when using the service.

You will then need to proceed with payment through the JCC payment system. By proceeding with the payment process, you will be re-directed to JCC’s website, where your payment details will need to be included in accordance with the terms and conditions of JCC’s website. We accept no liability for any defaults arising from the use of JCC’s website. By submitting your credit/debit card data, you acknowledge and agree that Kinanis LLC in collaboration with JCC will charge the credit/debit card you have submitted for the amount of the transaction. Your card data is collected directly by JCC without Kinanis LLC’s intervention and Kinanis LLC does not have access to data such as card number, expiry date and cvv2. Therefore, Kinanis LLC shall accept no liability for any issue occurring with regard to any of the above data.

After the payment is completed, a purchase with the name Kinanis LLC will appear in your bank statement.
