Kinanis LLC prepared a report analyzing the effect of MLI on a Cyprus Company. The Cyprus company’s income was mainly derived from a Luxembourg company therefore, we proceeded with a detailed analysis of the DTT between Cyprus and Luxembourg considering the relevant amendments as per the MLI provisions adopted by each member state.
