We have successfully obtained a tax ruling for Cyprus companies’ members of the same group with the intention to proceed with a restructuring. The Tax Authorities confirmed the eligibility of the CY companies which introduced new equity and benefit from the NID regime. Also, the Tax Authorities confirmed the eligibility of interest expense for tax deduction.
