Kinanis LLC acted as Cyprus legal counsel, representing all parties involved, in relation to the drafting of a shareholders’ agreement for the management of a joint venture dealing with an initial investment of EURO 5,600,000.00 in the project. The joint venture is part of a group structure dealing with the establishment of gold refining facilities and mining of gold.
