We have prepared a tax opinion for two Russian citizens who became Cyprus tax residents in 2021, with purpose to analyze the relevant tax treatment of their income and expenses from a Cyprus Tax Law perspective. We also analyzed the requirements for registration in social insurances of Cyprus as a self-employed person and relevant obligations.
