We have prepared and submitted a request for a tax ruling for a Cyprus tax resident company, owner of an IP, with main activities the licensing of the IP (a software). The purpose of the tax ruling was to receive a confirmation from the Tax Authorities that the company’s IP activities fall under the new IP Box regime.
