We have prepared and submitted a request for a tax ruling for a Cyprus tax resident company with main activities the holding of investments and the provision of financing. The purpose of the tax ruling was to receive a confirmation from the Tax Authorities in relation to the company’s eligibility to claim for tax deduction the amount receivable written off following the bankruptcy of a company’s debtor.
