At a request of our client, we submitted a Country-by-Country notification in the BVI for the financial year ending 30 June 2021. The BVI company is part of a reporting group with the ultimate parent based in Luxembourg. The notification was submitted following the procedure of registration of the Constituent entity for tax purposes in BVI.
