Kinanis LLC has acted as a legal advisor in matters related to Cyprus law on the instructions of the Lender in relation to a financing transaction of a Cyprus company acting as borrower and security provider in securing a loan facility in an amount up to €400.000.000, for the acquisition among others, of a gambling group that produces develops, sells, installs, makes available and maintains various gambling machines and applications and operates gaming platforms, casinos, arcades etc. Our firm has provided legal advice and assistance in the second round of the project as well, which included drafting and negotiating the additional security documents (post-completion) under Cyprus law and provided general legal support on the transaction from Cyprus Law perspective for the benefit of the Lender as well as the issuance of legal opinions.
