At the request of a service provider in Cyprus, we prepared a tax opinion letter for a company based in France with activities in Cyprus aiming to evaluate if the foreign company’s activities will create a permanent establishment for the company in Cyprus. We have analyzed company’s activities represented by the manufacturing of intense pulsed light systems and specifically we reviewed contracts concluded by the company, invoices issued/ received and other details provided by the client.
