Kinanis LLC proceeded with a direct tax due diligence on a Cyprus company’s’ activities involved with financing activities for the period of 2018-2021.
The scope of our work was, among others, to comment on the status of tax filings and payment of taxes, to comment on tax residency and management and control issues, to comment on transfer pricing issues and to analyze the CFC rules in Cyprus.
