At the request of a Big 4 audit firm based outside Cyprus, we provided advice for their client, as to the customs implications on the sale of aircrafts belonging to Cyprus companies, which were previously released for free circulation in EU. The subject matter was the customs impact on sale of the aircrafts in international aerospace or while situated outside EU.
