Kinanis LLC has acted on behalf of our client/purchaser in multimillion transactions which related to the purchase of shares of two Cyprus companies owning also properties in Cyprus. Our engagement on these projects involved:
1. Negotiations and meetings with the lawyers of the seller for the finalisation and execution of the SPA;
2. Negotiations and meetings with the lawyers of the seller to successfully transfer the money for the purchase of the companies and related properties;
3. Actions necessary for the transfer of ownership of the said properties and meetings at Department of Lands and Surveys (not sure if this will be included in our submissions or Property’s)
4. Drafting and/or review of the respective corporate approvals and documents required under Cyprus law for effecting the transfer of shares and change of ownership of properties.
