Kinanis LLC has acted as a legal advisor to a Cyprus company for the preparation of a legal and tax memo, in respect to a broader restructuring being conducted on a group level. The memo dealt with the legal and tax implications of the accumulation within the Cyprus company of all payables and receivables with all German counterparties and with a Swiss entity in order to allow easier management of the financing function within the group.
