At the request of a company in Cyprus with a Net Assets value of approximately USD 89m, we prepared a tax Memo the objective of which was to review the Company’s latest financial position and propose how the Company will transfer its net assets, to a new Cyprus company, to provide the relevant step-by-step plan and to also analyze the proposed step plan from the Cyprus tax perspective.
