At the request of a foreign client, we prepared a Tax Memo the objective of which was to analyze the tax residency rules of Cyprus, filing obligations in Cyprus and the applicable deadlines for individuals, tax implications for Cyprus tax resident individuals on income from trusts and dividend income received from abroad and CRS implications once the client becomes a Cyprus tax resident person.
