We advised an online casino on establishing a cryptocurrency trading and holding structure for one of its directors. This project required a deep understanding of cryptocurrencies and their tax and accounting treatment in Cyprus, despite the absence of specific guidance or laws governing the matter. Leveraging our expertise in emerging financial technologies and regulatory environments, we developed a comprehensive strategy to ensure compliance and optimize the director's cryptocurrency transactions and holdings.
