We represented a client, being the auditors and advisors of a large sovereign development fund from Asia, during a tax investigation concerning the implementation of the company's Transfer Pricing (TP) study. Through diligent negotiation and strategic advocacy, we successfully managed to significantly reduce the tax assessed on the fund in light of its cross-border financial arrangements, navigating complex tax law matters. Our expertise in tax law and in-depth understanding of TP regulations as well as the broader tax legislation, were pivotal in mitigating the financial impact on our client during the ongoing investigation.
