Kinanis LLC acted as legal advisors for the client, being the seller of a group of companies involved in the production and sale of electric meters and in particular addressed the EU sanctions and advised the client as to (i) whether the proposed sale of the shares of the group is in line with the restrictive measures imposed by EU Regulation 269/2014 (as amended) and EU Regulation 833/2014 (as amended) and (ii) whether the products produced by the group are in line with the restrictive measures imposed by EU Regulation 269/2014 (as amended) and EU Regulation 833/2014 (as amended).
