Kinanis LLC has acted as legal advisor on behalf of one of its clients and assisted in the preparation of documents necessary for the financial restructuring of a Cyprus entity holding various investments and listed equities, with the purpose of changing the financial and operational features of the company. Our engagement on this project involved negotiations and meetings with the client in finding the best suitable options for restructuring the company, its assets and liabilities, drafting and/or review of assignment agreements, set-off agreements, documents required under Cyprus law for effecting a reduction of additional paid in capital in the aggregate amount of EUR 462 000 000 and review of documents for transfer of ownership of trademarks.
