Kinanis LLC has acted as a legal advisor to a Cyprus company in respect to its restructuring of underlying assets including the sale and assignment of several assets. During the process, Kinanis LLC has drafted the corporate approvals and all other supporting documentation necessary for conclusion of the aforesaid restructuring and provided general legal advice with regards to the process in accordance with the applicable legislation.
