Kinanis LLC has acted as a legal advisor to two related Cyprus companies in respect to the restructuring of their share capital and underlying liabilities including the conversion of debts into capital. During the process, Kinanis LLC has drafted a legal memo as to the options available for the abovementioned restructuring and the steps to be followed, the corporate approvals and all other supporting documentation necessary for conclusion of the aforesaid restructuring and provided general legal advice with regards to the process in accordance with the applicable legislation.
