Kinanis LLC has acted as a legal advisor to a Cyprus company in preparing a legal opinion on the capacity and authority of the company to reduce its authorised and issued share capital by EUR 1,817,112.69, to cancel the shares issued to one of its shareholders, and to return the capital to the shareholder.
