Kinanis LLC has acted as legal advisor of a Cyprus company in connection with the restructuring of its shareholding structure. More specifically, the shareholders of the Cyprus company entered into a share purchase agreement pursuant to which it was agreed that two of the shareholders would transfer part of their shareholding percentage to another shareholder in the company for a total amount of EUR 301,532. Our team has supported the client in providing legal advice with respect to the negotiation, the entering into and completion of the share purchase agreement, the drafting of corporate approvals and all the documents necessary to effect the transfer of shares and in undertaking the necessary filings with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with Cyprus laws and legal formalities.
