We are a Law Firm based in Nicosia with over 40 years of experience, seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for our academy, to the position of ACADEMY EXECUTIVE.

 

About the role

As an Academy Executive, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, promotion and execution of our seminars and training programs. You will work closely with legal experts, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless learning experience for our clients and partners. A key part of your role will also involve handling applications and submissions to the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) in compliance with applicable procedures and timelines and ensure that you make all the necessary following up after submissions up to the full examination of applications submitted to HRDA.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with the marketing and promotion of the Academy’s events and initiatives;
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, webinars, and training programs across legal, TAX, VAT, employment, immigration and property law sectors;
  • Prepare and submit HRDA applications, ensuring full compliance with HRDA regulations and timelines;
  • Communicate with clients and training participants regarding course offerings, registrations, and logistics;
  • Liaise with instructors and legal professionals to coordinate content delivery and material preparation;
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs, and evaluation forms;
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and identify opportunities for training expansion.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Education, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in a similar role within professional training, HR, or legal education;
  • Excellent knowledge with HRDA procedures and applications is essential;
  • Team orientated and able to work on own initiative;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills;
  • Strong research, analytical and drafting skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools;
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and spoken);

What we offer

Competitive remuneration package including 13th salary. Provident fund and a discretionary bonus scheme are provided upon permanent employment.
 

Working hours

Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, or 8:30 – 5:00 subject to time arrival at work, with half hour break and Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm or 8:30 – 2:30. Subject to particular cases or needs, extra hours of work might be needed.
