We are a Law Firm based in Nicosia with 40 years of experience, seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Office Administrator.

A reputable law firm is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s daily operations and ensuring an efficient, well-coordinated working environment.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and paralegals
  • Handling the filings with the Registrar of Companies
  • Printing, scanning, organizing, copying and filing documents
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal policies
  • Assisting with general office tasks and supporting the team as needed
     

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (considered an advantage)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Friendly, polite, and team-oriented personality
     

Working hours

Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with half hour break and Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. Subject to particular cases or needs, extra hours of work might be needed.
